Group tour tickets are $200 per person for the trip. We will purchase all tickets in advance and distribute them before each tour. More details to follow.
Thursday, January 7
Travel to Nashville as a group — we are exploring the option of chartering a Vonlane luxury bus from Atlanta. More details to follow. (Vonlane is an additional charge not included in the trip estimate.)

Nashville's only AAA Five Diamond hotel since 1910, The Hermitage is a Beaux Arts landmark renowned for its gilded lobby, Art Deco details, and a legacy of hosting presidents, celebrities, and dignitaries. It played a pivotal role in the passage of the 19th Amendment — a fitting home base for our group.

Friday, January 8

Morning: If the private tour does not come together, we will visit Cheekwood Estate & Gardens OR Belle Meade Historic Site & Winery
Cheekwood — A 55-acre botanical garden and art museum set on a historic estate, with spectacular winter installations.
Belle Meade — An antebellum mansion set on 30 acres with historic gardens, guided tours, and an on-site winery.
Afternoon: Free to explore Nashville at your leisure
Evening: Private group dinner at one of Nashville's most celebrated restaurants — Etch or Husk Nashville (TBD). Approximately $135 per person, all-inclusive.
Saturday, January 9
9:00am: Doors open — Antiques & Garden Show of Nashville
Nashville Convention Center · One of the country's most prestigious antiques and garden events, featuring world-class dealers, floral designers, and garden exhibitors.
11:00am: Group tickets to the Floral Demonstration
Afternoon: Free — browse the show or explore Nashville
Evening: Group dinner — venue TBD. Approximately $135 per person, all-inclusive.
Sunday, January 10
Check out of The Hermitage Hotel · Depart together back to Atlanta (Vonlane bus, if confirmed)
* The overall cost of this trip is only slightly more than our 2023 Charleston trip, reflecting rising travel costs.
